DELIVERY

To protect your treasure,  we will carefully check and have photos for every item before shipment, so the quality is guaranteed!

All deliveries are made with global package delivery company FedEx, Japan Post or Hong Kong Post. The orders are shipped from our different warehouses in Japan and Hong Kong to your delivery address. Please note that shipments to post office boxes will generally not be delivered. The additional terms and conditions can be read on www.fedex.com,  Japan Post website, www.hongkongpost.hk 

As soon as your order is dispatched you will be sent your receipt and tracking number (where available.)

Order are normally dispatched between 1-7 days of payment clearing in our accounts (unless other lead time is specified by agent.)

Your valuable parcel should arrive at your designated address approximately 7-14 days from the date dispatch. you will be notified if any delays.
